How the 3rd Pregnancy is Different:

1. I usually buy the baby ca lander that you can read each day on your growing baby, I have yet to do that with this one.
2. I sometimes don't remember what week I am on and what my due date is.
3. I was in maternity clothes at 10 weeks versus 20 weeks.
4. I haven't bought one outfit for the baby!
5. I have one coke a day to make it through the day, with Kyler I didn't have any the whole pregnancy.
6. I have to call the Dr to remind me when my next appt is.
7. I barely would get in the bath tub with Kyler, scared the hot water would injure the baby. I am in the bath tub an hour each night with this one.
8. I wouldn't pick up a box with my first pregnancy and often I am picking up both of my kids with this pregnancy.
9. Sleeping became uncomfortable at week 15 versus week 30.
10. One thing that is not different, I feel blessed beyond words on God's ability to make a child out of two people who love each other, and how He continues to bless my life with all three of my children.

On a heavier note, my prayers are with the parents and family members of the Virginia Tech victims who lost their lives today. I cannot imagine being one of the parents who got the phone call that their child had been killed. I take my life and my family's lives for granted on a daily basis. We never know when it will be our last day. Hug your family and friends and be grateful if this horrific event didn't effect your family.

That was really funny (the first part) and so true!!!! I wouldn't take baths either. And yeah I've moved twice this pregnancy. I guess it kind of the way it goes with the third child.

Wow, I felt that way with the second! I guess its a good thing I am not having a third, that poor kid might be left somewhere if I ever made it through another whole preganancy! Love the soccer pics! Her little soccer hair is precious!

I loved this post - it's one of my favorites you've written!

It's wonderful that God allows healthy pregnancies . . .by His power and not by anything we do:).

And just so you know for the future ... the third baby has many less pictures of it than the first two. ;) Hope you start sleeping better!

April, I feel this way about my second baby! I'm trying to be as "good" with this one, but it's so hard! I know what you mean about taking baths and drinking caffinated drinks...I think it's just necessary when you have another kid(s)!!

I must be a bad mom! I drank ATLEAST one coke a day AND took really long, hot baths every day! Great list!

I love the first part of your post. I know that will be so true! How funny!

I, too, am so heartbroken for the families of the Virginia Tech victims. Kidd Kraddock had the saddest commentary this morning from the perspective of a parent. It is just so sad and tragic.

The list cracked me up. There is a major difference between my two already! I have some of the same feelings as you! Glad to know I am not the only one that has to have a coke amongst other things! Hope your feeling well.

SO TRUE! Even with the second pregnancy. I guess we are just so tired and occupied chasing the older kids that we forget about the little one to come. I completely agree!
