Kyler and I went to a Mother and Daughter Tea this morning at church. Kyler was so excited to "dress up" and go hang out with the girls. We had tea and snacks and they read the girls a story. Then Kyler and I went shopping tonight. She really enjoys doing "girl things" these days. Once a week we try to do girl things while the boys do something together. Kyler always asks when the next girl time is. It has been a great thing for me to spend alone time with Kyler and for Mike to get to hang out with Kole.
Quotable Kyler moment of the week: We were in the check out line at the grocery store and Kyler says "that girl is not making a good choice". I say, "what girl?". She points to a girl on the cover of Shape magazine that has an exercise outfit on and the top is somewhat like a sports bra. Kyler goes on to say, "that girl is showing her belly and that is not a good choice." Hilarious! Oh my sweet girl.

Yet another reason God gave me a boy first. I own one dress. Even though I say the feathers and boas scare me, I think the mother daughter tea looks fun! I'm glad bway does cook stuff like that!
The mother/daughter tea sounds like fun :) I love the "quotable Kyler" moment...that is just too funny...the things kids pick up and say...just hilarious. I can't wait til Will really starts talking to see what kinds of things he'll come up with!
