Quarantine

Well, we have had sick kids the last couple of weeks at our house. Kole got strep over Thanksgiving and then got the first stages of pneumonia and had to be put on another antibiotic. Today we took Kellan for his 4 month well check and he has RSV and an ear infection. Poor buddy! He actually has still been quite happy, it is just effecting his sleep at night because he is so congested. Maybe we are just getting this out of the way so that no one will be sick during Christmas (wishful thinking). I guess this is part of what comes with having three kids that give each other everything. I am grateful though, because they have all still been pretty good despite being sick.

At 4 months Kellan is at the 90th percentile in height. He is 26 inches. He is growing like a weed. He is in the 25th percentile of his weight. He is 13 lbs and 10 oz. It is now time to start him on food. I am not looking forward to that. A bottle is so much easier. So, we will have a really chubby boy before long!

I love this time of year. The kids love seeing all the lights and Christmas decor and Kyler and Kole are at really good ages this year and it is such a joy to watch them.

Yuck! sick kids are no fun. I am so glad for you that they are all still acting okay.

Brylie keeps asking if we can babysit Kellen. I told her we don't live close enough but that does not keep her from asking all the time.

Sorry to hear about Kellen. We had RSV last year, but thankfully, she got over it fairly quickly.
I know you'll be ready to escape the house once kids are well! Hope it's sooner rather than later!
