A 2007 OF WANTING LESS AND LOVING MORE

I cannot believe that it is 2007 already! I have been trying to blog for a couple of days but for some reason it will not post my pictures so I have just decided to go the boring route of writing. I have so much to be thankful for in 2007! Mike and I went to see the Pursuit of Happyness this weekend and it really puts things in perspective. We have so many things to be thankful for and we take so much for granted. Mike and I are both blessed with wonderful jobs, two healthy children, a roof over our heads, two cars, and more materialistic things than we would ever need. That being said, this year I want to WANT LESS and LOVE MORE! I don't want to want a bigger house, a nicer car, or cuter clothes. What I do want is a better relationship with God, with my husband, my children, my extended family, and friends. I want my children to see us be financially wise and good stewards with our money and our time. I am not a big fan of resolutions because that word never seems to be fulfilled, but my goal in 2007 is to have God given wisdom and love and I know we will continue to be blessed for years to come. HAPPY 2007 BLOGLAND!!!
