The Beautiful Part of the World

Me and my sister took my mom to Victoria, Canada for a couple of days and also did some sight seeing in Seattle. I cannot believe there is such beautiful places in this world. Usually when I start labeling pictures it starts messing up so I just thought I would throw a bunch of things on here. The gates at the bottom are a tribute to my sport's fanatic husband. One of my sister's best friend's husband works for the Seattle Seahawks and we got to go to their headquarters and see their practice field, etc. There is a great water fall in Seattle that I cannot think of the name of right now and of course we saw the Space Needle.

In Canada we got to stay at a great English Cottage right on the water with great scenery and flowers. We went to he Butchart Gardens and the Butterfly Gardens, which were both really neat. We went whale watching and we saw several wild whales which was really surreal. The pictures seem like postcards to me. It was hard coming back to dry, brown, hot, and dirty west Texas.

I'm sure the pictures do no justice to just how beautiful it is, but WOW!!! I want to hear all about the trip!

Isn't the Pacific Northwest GREAT!?!?!! I'm so glad you got to come up this way! I am dying to go to Victoria while we are still so close. And I've been to Seattle twice - but only once since we moved here two years ago! Isn't that aweful!? The most recent time was for a Mariners game - so we didn't even get to do anything else.
Glad you got to see all the 'good stuff' though!

The trip pics are beautiful, alright, but not nearly so much as the three gorgeous dames who were traveling! Talk about out-of-this-world!!
